Browsers Supported

The Internet Banking site has been developed to provide a convenient experience for a broad range of Members, including Members that access the site with assisting technologies (such as Screen Readers). To accomplish this task, the Internet Banking site supports a number of current Internet specifications. To maximize your Internet banking experience, we recommend that you use a newer browser version.

For our technically inclined Members, the particular specifications that the Internet Banking site supports are HTML 4.01, CSS 1.0 and 2.0, DOM Level 1 and 2, and ECMA Script (JavaScript). The Internet Banking site will work on all browsers, if they correctly implement these recommendations. Browsers that do not support the most advanced specifications may or may not work properly.

Internet Explorer

Envision recommends that members use Internet Explorer 6.0 (or later) to access our Internet Banking site. Earlier versions of Internet Explorer may look differently or have security flaws that hackers could use. Members can upgrade Internet Explorer by using the "Windows Update" function.

Netscape, or Mozilla

The Internet Banking site can be used effectively with Netscape 7.1. Earlier releases of Netscape and Mozilla have known problems with displaying labels. This issue should be corrected by upgrading to a recent version of either of these browsers. Get the latest version of Netscape:

Other Browsers

Netscape and IE Version 4.X browsers do not follow all of the standards utilized by our Internet Banking site. This will cause much of the Internet banking site to look and act differently, than newer browsers. If you currently use one of these older browser versions, please consider upgrading to a newer version to take advantage of the features on our site, as well as other sites that you might visit regularly.

To access our Internet banking site, your browser must also support 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, the highest level of encryption available. Should the Internet banking site prevent access to your browser, due to your browsers' encryption, you will need to download the appropriate encryption support from the supplier of your browser. Most browser upgrades now support 128-bit as the default level of encryption when you download the installation package.

If you use Netscape, you can download the appropriate support from Netscape (www.netscape.com).

If you use Internet Explorer, you can download a High Encryption pack from Microsoft at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/recommended/128bit/default.asp. Internet Explorer 5.5 and up include high encryption (128-bit) with the installation package for Windows 95, 98, ME and NT. For Windows 2000, you must install the Windows 2000 High Encryption Pack separately (http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/downloads/recommended/encryption/).
