Island Savings is pleased to provide our members with access to information and banking services online. We've taken serious steps to ensure the privacy, safety and security of our members when they are online with us.

To help protect you, we have posted safe computing guidelines on our site to help you protect your identity and personal information.

Our security team keeps up-to-date with ever-evolving security issues, tools and methodologies. They ensure that appropriate security controls are built into Island Savings' procedures, systems and software.

Our security standards are high and we test every electronic product we use to ensure that it meets our criteria, but you also play an important role in maintaining the security of your information while browsing and conducting business online.

We encourage you to review the information on this site to learn more about online security, how to protect your account when using your debit card, identity theft and our privacy policies. Alternatively, please visit one of and talk to our friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Alerts for online banking

As an added precaution, you can sign up to receive online banking notifications by email or text message. If you sign up, you will receive an alert when:

  • A new bill payment vendor has been added to your account;
  • Your online PAC has been changed;
  • You have received an enhanced personal message (EPM) from Island Savings.

To sign up for alerts:

  • Log in to your online banking account;
  • Click on the Messages and Alerts option in the left menu;
  • Select Manage Alerts;
  • Click on Register for Alerts to register for alerts through email and/or text banking;
  • Once registered, you can set up the alerts you would like to receive;
  • Select the type of alerts you wish to view;
  • Select your options for each alert that you want to receive;
  • Click Submit to save your settings.
