Foreign governments, courts or law enforcement or regulatory agencies may be able to obtain disclosure of your information through the laws of that jurisdiction. The Company is required by law to respond to valid requests for information from domestic or international authorities.

You have our commitment that we will treat your personal information with the same standard of care as we treat our own confidential information of a similar nature. Security safeguards are employed to protect personal information against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. Concentra Financial will protect personal information regardless of the format in which it is held.

Concentra Financial employees understand the policies and procedures for protecting customers' personal information. As a condition of employment, our employees are required to sign an Oath of Ethical Conduct including a commitment to keep an individual's personal information in strict confidence.
